An assorted set of 3 small bottles will be made available with exclusive labels to the online store. The sockeye salmon have been sliced and deboned one by one by our chefs, salted, and rested in the refrigerator for 3 days. They are then grilled in a German steam oven to realize their soft texture. An ample amount of ginger is the finishing touch to the Wagyu cooked in red wine. Fresh ginger is skinned one by one, and shredded using a slicer designed exclusively for ginger. The use of a slicer minimizes the damage to the ginger and keeps their taste from escaping. This ginger is cooked with a base consisting of red wine and soy sauce, along with a meat base that contains the flavors of the beef that remain from the previous batch.
