山紫水明と謳われる岐阜県飛騨地方の清浄なる大自然の中で育まれている飛騨牛は、昭和50年代にその前身である岐阜牛から名称が統一されました。きめ細やかな肉質と美しい霜降り、口の中に広がる芳醇な旨味が特徴です。サーロインとヒレ、それぞれの味をお楽しみください。 Hida Beef, grown in the pristine nature of the Hida region in Gifu Prefecture which is touted as “Sanshi Suimei” (literally purple mountains and clear waters, used to describe scenic natural landscapes), got its unified name in the 1970’s from its former name, Gifu Beef. It is characterized by its fine texture, beautiful “shimofuri” (frost-like mix of red meat and fat), and the rich flavor that spreads throughout the mouth. Enjoy the differences between sirloin and filet.
