旬の海鮮類を月に一度、6か月間（計6回）お楽しみ頂けるコースです。最新の瞬間冷凍機を使用しますが、本マグロは生の物にこだわります。また真鯛をはじめとする白身魚はお刺身だけでなく、昆布締めや生寿司といった様々な調理法でお届け致します。その他の海鮮類も新鮮なまま瞬間冷凍にするので旨味が逃げません。
※それぞれの海鮮類におすすめの調味料を記載した紙を同封しています。

※冷蔵庫内にて解凍しお召し上がりください。解凍後はお早めにお召し上がりください。家庭用冷蔵庫で約5〜6時間。
Seasonal seafood will be delivered once a month for 6 months. The latest technology in flash-freezing will be employed, but we are adamant about using fresh bluefin tuna. White-fleshed fish such as red sea bream will be provided not only as sashimi, but also as fresh sushi or cured with kelp, etc. The other seafood ingredients will also be flash-frozen so that their flavor is not lost.
*A memo is enclosed with suggested sauces for each seafood item.
*The photos are sample images of a given month, and the actual content will vary every month. Please inquire through email with regard to allergy information and other details.
*Please defrost inside a refrigerator (approximately XXX hours in a regular household refrigerator), and enjoy the meal as soon as possible after defrosting.
