The absolute best black beans from Sasayama city, Tamba in Hyogo Prefecture have been cooked for 3 days in a
dedicated pot. It is healthier than the previous version of the product, rich in minerals such as calcium and potassium. This is Tokyo Kitcho’s first vegan product. Vegan foods are expected to expand in Japan as a part of SDGs initiatives; we hope that you give it a try and enjoy it.
