伝統の桝形を真ん中に、銀座を象徴する柳を全体に配したオンラインオリジナルラベルでお届け致します。和牛赤ワイン煮は二種類の部位を使用し、前回製造した際に残った焚き地も隠し味として使用する事で、肉の旨味が増し丁寧に油を取り除きながら仕上げます。レバーぜいたく煮は、焚く前日に新鮮な鶏のレバーとハツを切り出し下茹でして１日置いておきます。こうする事で煮崩れを防ぎ食感の良い仕上がりとなります。

These items are provided with original bottle labels designed with the traditional square shape at the center, garnished with willows that symbolize Ginza across the entire design. The Wagyu cooked in red wine utilizes two different cuts of beef, using the base broth from the previous batch for additional beef flavor, while carefully removing fats during the cooking process. For the simmered liver, fresh chicken liver and heart are removed, boiled, and left to sit for a day for better texture and to prevent them from falling apart while cooking.
