紅鮭茶漬けとさゞ波山椒煮を香り豊かな伊勢湾産刻み海苔と共にお楽しみ頂きたく詰め合わせにしました。東京大森の老舗海苔問屋、吉田商店の蕎麦海苔は海苔本来の香りと食感が特に秀逸で食材の味わいを引き立てます。
ご飯の上に紅鮭やさざ波を乗せ、たっぷりの蕎麦海苔と共に召し上がって頂くのも良し、お茶漬けにしてもお楽しみ頂けます。

We have created this set to have you enjoy the sockeye salmon Chazuke and Sazanami cooked Japanese pepper with the chopped seaweed from Ise Bay, which is rich with scent. The soba seaweed from the long-established Yoshida Shoten in Omori, Tokyo is particularly outstanding in its true flavor and texture, bringing out the flavor in other ingredients.
The set can be enjoyed by placing each product on top of rice, or by pouring hot tea over everything to create a Chazuke.
